Our small but perfectly formed kitchen is underpinned by the mantra ‘quality and variety’ – meaning our head chef is given free rein to roam, as long as it’s good. 

Our current Trader Kitchen menu is available Mon-Sat and is a delectable combination ever-changing combination of seasonal pub classics and more adventurous dishes inspired from around the world.

For 2021 we’re delighted to offer Summer Brunch, every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm (main menu 4-9pm). Sunday roasts will return in September.

Every week we host a ‘click and collect’ famers market, in conjunction with Slow Food Birmingham. Order online before 10am Monday and pick up in the bar on Wednesday evenings. Register here.
