Our small but perfectly formed kitchen is underpinned by the mantra ‘quality and variety’ – meaning our head chef is given free rein to roam, as long as it’s good. Usually every six weeks the main menu changes completely.

POSH is our chef’s latest creation, and we’re talking 28 day aged beef patties and sexy sides to draw you in to the long evenings, including the ‘Rancher’ with spiced brisket, mozzarella sticks, caramelised onions and spring onion aioli, the ‘Jammin’ Chicken’ with crispy jerk, slaw, pineapple & rum sauce as well as the ‘Classic’ and ‘Hey Smokey’ loaded with charred aubergine, smoked tofu, whiskey dressing and soured beetroot.
