Our small but perfectly formed kitchen is underpinned by the mantra ‘quality and variety’ – meaning our head chef is given free rein to roam, as long as it’s good. Usually every six weeks the main menu changes completely.
Our latest kitchen, Island Tours, serving Monday – Saturday to 29 February, is a Caribbean tour de force courtesy of our Barbadan-born chef, bringing an all-inclusive package tour of the Carribean and South America, minus the cheap tourist knock offs and tat. We’re talking authentic dishes like braised Oxtail Pepper Pot from Guyana, Salted Cod Fish Cakes with Pickled Mango & Herb Salad from Barbados, Trini Flatbread with Curried Chickpeas and Mango from Trinidad + many more.
