Sourced from Shropshire, the beef will be conjured with some intriguing combinations including candied bacon, spicy pickled pineapple and chipotle mayo (the ‘Heizenberg’), grilled halloumi, chorizo & smashed avocado (the ‘Big Kahuna’). There’s also puns-aplenty with Moroccan infused lamb topped with Ras en Hanout coleslaw and roasted sweet red pepper (‘Flock Off!’) and a homemade Lebanese falafel burger topped with smashed avocado, grilled halloumi, lime salsa (‘You ‘avin a falafel?’). Complemented by sides including Lawless-battered spicy pickled pineapple rings and black and blue skin-on fries. Serving midday-9.30pm Monday-Saturday (evening only 27 and 28 November), except Mondays 11 and 18 December (The Vegan Grindhouse). More details via
