It’s a new month and with it May brings a new menu. It’s time to take a trip to East Asia. No plane ticket required.
Deep flavours and delicious combinations. Inspired by the bustling food halls of East Asia, Ryokō is the latest menu creation of resident chef Andrew Gabler.
Steeped in a rich culinary history, it was tough to pick a single culinary tradition to showcase the delights of East Asia. So we didn’t just pick one. A selection of eclectic small plates heads up our pan-Asian menu with flavour credits from Japan, China, Korea and Vietnam. Think chicken wings, duck dumplings, wild rice salad and summer rolls. Sitting alongside the smaller plates are feast-level larger dishes, with a delicious Wild Mushroom Pho, Japanese Burger and Glazed Beef Rib to choose from.
As always, order from the hatch for lunch and dinner, and when you’re done toast your dinner with glass of Sake. Matcha Tea available for the weaker of spirit. Kanpai!
